Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–4 business days of shipping. You will receive tracking by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen frequency, with a reminder email three days before each billing date.
If your order arrives damaged or short, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will replace the affected boxes or refund you, your choice, no returns shipping required.
Because bags are food-service supplies, we cannot accept returns of opened boxes. Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Subscriptions renew at the frequency you chose and bill on the day each order ships. You can pause, skip a delivery, change frequency, or cancel anytime from your account, up to the billing date. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
To change the size mix inside a Build Your Own Box subscription, message us and we will update it before your next billing date.
